On Saturday night, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene reportedly stated during the New York Young Republican Club gala that if she had been in charge of the January 6th protest, then she would have insured that the mission was complete.
According to the New York Post, Greene said “I want to tell you something, if Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won. Not to mention, we would’ve been armed.”
While this specific portion of her speech was not caught on video, other parts were and they have people talking. Specifically the part where she started slamming big box stores, like Target and CVS, for selling butt plugs and dildos.
She said, “By the way, you can pick up a butt plug or a dildo at Target and CVS nowadays. I don’t even know how we got here. …This is the state that we’re living in right now.”
However, the crowd seemed unamused at her outrage and she apologized for bringing it up.

Despite her lesser fine moments, Greene declared that Republicans plan to address important issues, such as the Hunter Biden laptop issue and President Joe Biden’s terrible management over the last two years, now that Republicans are in control of the House again.
Greene revealed that she has a copy of Hunter’s laptop in her office and said, “I don’t want to see one nasty page of what he likes to do in the bedroom, and I don’t care how much drugs he snorted or shot up, or whatever he did…but I will tell you something I find really interesting, is his bank accounts.”
She continued, “I am very interested in those, and I cannot wait to serve what Jamie Comer and the Oversight Committee….and go after him.”
Then Green laid into the president, declaring that while she doesn’t “want to impeach a president for political reasons, I definitely think Joe Biden should be impeached. Not just because of the evidence on his son’s laptop linking them to China and other places, but he deserves to be impeached why? Because our border is under invasion and he doesn’t care. He also deserves to be impeached because he’s selling out our strategic petroleum reserves.”
She noted that those reserves are our emergency reserves, and don’t “belong to China but that’s the top buyer.”
